Yes that would be great, but summer is always so busy, I usually don't find the time for things like these 🙈🥴 though I wouldn't mind a trip to the art store at any time... 🤔😂

Haha it’s fascinating because you’re not alone in that! Very many have the same experience of not feeling like they have time in summer when creators think people will have more time in summer - funny 😋💕

This is going to catch like wildfire, Elin! Three hours of watching someone embroider? I 100% see the appeal, and I am not even an embroiderer! If ever you do this for your drawings--even just black and white ones, I'd be in! One day Substack will allow us to buy an essay or a video/episode at a time and I would SO buy them (since I am maxed out on subscribing at present). I am so glad you are doing this for people! We need slow and joyful mediums to re-find our harried souls. Super job and talk to you again soon Elin!

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback! I’m so glad you enjoy it! I’ve definitely considered it for my drawings, mostly a matter of childcare (which I have near to none), so might not be right away, but even for shorter like 30 minutes would be quite nice too, what do you think?

I also think Substack is going in that direction eventually! Will be interesting when they do 🙏🏼

Hi Elin! I think the 30-minute drawing sessions too would be great!

And I'd be the one who plays it on loop until I get my own drawing the way I like--if I were trying to draw along with you, so 30 minutes of original content could be 120 to this user, so that would work! And for the youngsters around, if you hit pause on your drawing and came back to it, would people even notice? If you filmed it? It needn't be real time...just another thought! Thank you for your wonderful art and Substack.

It’s a fabulous thought that I think can work in some months time… the youngest is currently at the stage where she’s do anything to climb up the chairs and table to grab the camera and whatever mummy is busy doing 😂😅

Thanks for being here!
